Some optional prompt ideas: I'm happy for this one to have a darker edge, and be more a vengeance becoming twisted love scenario instead of fluffy romance. What if Toga vowed vengeance on Overhaul for Magne's death, or struck back at him for some perceived disrespect at another point in canon, and Overhaul somehow ends up becoming Toga's property? This could be set earlier in the Overhaul arc, or in a canon divergence AU, or be set after Overhaul loses his arms and his quirk and would be physically depended on his captor as well as submitting in other ways.

I could see Toga wanting to hurt and punish Kai at first (feel free to include bloodplay and knifeplay if you want as it would be very appropriate) - and doing it - and Kai being all "Oh NO that's DIRTY! I WON'T!" but gradually coming to a "no no OH HELL YES" point as he comes to both fear and love her. And I can see Toga coming to develop a twisted affection for her new "pet" as she uses his body for her pleasure and breaks his mind and soul so he's totally hers, she has all the power and he depends on her for everything. Would Toga also use her quirk to take other forms to pleasure and torment Overhaul (especially male ones, which I can imagine him being really into!)? I'd be fascinated to see what you come up with! Also, I'd be fine with you aging Toga up if you prefer to. Her canon age is legal in my country and her age gap with Kai is not a huge one, but if you want to make her 18+ I am happy for you to do that.
