Sorry for a slightly inept question. The countdown linked above says San Francisco time, but there's a note about the deadlines that says:
"Keep in mind that Daylight Savings Time ends on November 1st. For the sake of consistency, deadlines will remain at 11:59 UTC-7. So if you live in a place that observes Daylight Savings, the deadlines will be an hour earlier after November 1st."
So is the countdown time right, or is it one hour earlier? Thanks!
(If I don't hear back I'll just try to make sure it's in an hour before the countdown to be safe.)
