I'm just really into scary younger women domming hot awful older men + fantasy romance. For both ships, I'd like the female character to be lowkey obsessed--in a yandere way, first love way, hatemance in-denial way, it all works--while the man either doesn't realize or doesn't take her seriously, and she makes them fall into her power. He doesn't have to catch feelings but I'd like him to be dependent on her at the end.
For the evil regent romance: I see the FMC as having had to grow up under the knowledge that the regent would absolutely dispose of her if she outlived her usefulness, and the regent wasn't shy about demonstrating his power over her and has probably killed at least one of her immediate family members. But he also liked her and couldn't resist mentoring her in statecraft and was the closest thing she had to a parental figure. Then she overthrows him in a coup and has him in her dungeons, and gets to work out her messy feelings toward him. A specific scene I thought of (strictly optional, but may be taken as inspiration) was her assigning the regent's bitter sadistic ex as his jailer to punish him and he goads the ex into nonconning him because he knows she's watching through magic CCTV and she's like NO NOT LIKE THAT and swoops in to save him. Would very much appreciate her getting to thoroughly wreck him.
For the heirloom boytoy romance: The female heir's father brings home a hauntingly beautiful male concubine somewhere between their ages. I have a vaguer idea of this pairing. The concubine can be as distant or fond or manipulative toward the heir as you'd like. Does she usurp her dad and take the boytoy for herself? Does she share with the dad? Does she run off with him? Do they play mind games with each other? Or is he actually a sweetheart and it's a tender slow burn romance? Feel free to take the basic premise in any direction!

This could be set earlier in the Overhaul arc, or in a canon divergence AU, or be set after Overhaul loses his arms and his quirk and would be physically depended on his captor as well as submitting in other ways.

I'm just really into scary younger women domming hot awful older men + fantasy romance. For both ships, I'd like the female character to be lowkey obsessed--in a yandere way, first love way, hatemance in-denial way, it all works--while the man either doesn't realize or doesn't take her seriously, and she makes them fall into her power. He doesn't have to catch feelings but I'd like him to be dependent on her at the end.
For the evil regent romance: I see the FMC as having had to grow up under the knowledge that the regent would absolutely dispose of her if she outlived her usefulness, and the regent wasn't shy about demonstrating his power over her and has probably killed at least one of her immediate family members. But he also liked her and couldn't resist mentoring her in statecraft and was the closest thing she had to a parental figure. Then she overthrows him in a coup and has him in her dungeons, and gets to work out her messy feelings toward him. A specific scene I thought of (strictly optional, but may be taken as inspiration) was her assigning the regent's bitter sadistic ex as his jailer to punish him and he goads the ex into nonconning him because he knows she's watching through magic CCTV and she's like NO NOT LIKE THAT and swoops in to save him. Would very much appreciate her getting to thoroughly wreck him.
For the heirloom boytoy romance: The female heir's father brings home a hauntingly beautiful male concubine somewhere between their ages. I have a vaguer idea of this pairing. The concubine can be as distant or fond or manipulative toward the heir as you'd like. Does she usurp her dad and take the boytoy for herself? Does she share with the dad? Does she run off with him? Do they play mind games with each other? Or is he actually a sweetheart and it's a tender slow burn romance? Feel free to take the basic premise in any direction!
